Harmony²: Vendor Sign-Up

All market vendors will receive a 10x10 foot square booth space inside the RMCC Sanctuary (see map below for details). Booth set-up will be from 11am-1pm with tear-down from 5pm-6pm.

  • First Row Vendor ($100/booth) - Assignment to booth number 1-5 or 11-15

  • Second Row Vendor ($75/booth) - Assignment to booth number 6-10 or 16-20

Market vendors who donate a raffle item will receive a $25 discount code to purchase a booth. Please email exec@houstonshowchoir.org with the following information before you pay for the booth if you’re interested in donating:

  • Item Name

  • Item Description

  • Market Value of Item (we request that donations be equal or greater than $25 sales price)

Additional supplies are available for purchase via the Vendor Supplies Add-On, which you should see underneath the “Add To Cart” button at the bottom of the page.

  • 8 ft Table ($5)

  • 2 Chairs ($5)

Food Trucks/Stands ($100/space) - location will be first come first served, with the earliest placed closest to the event entrance. Food truck set-up will be from 11am-1pm with tear-down from 5pm-6pm.
